Sited at Reamwood Light Rail Station, the arches (extensions of the light standards) create a leafy bower spanning over the train tracks at the east-west platform entrances.  The arch shape describes the outer perimeter of the 20’ diameter ‘no fly zone’ of the hot wires powering the light rail cars.
