VCP is a seasonal habitat of the Monarch Butterfly on its flight north from Mexico . Clusters of butterflies, w/ flashing LED lights at their tips (like fireflies) gently sway in the wind .This movement activates the hinged wings of each butterfly, to mimic flutter. The Butterfly Cluster seating area forms the center point of the Oasis Plaza .
